Job Description
The Customer Service Intern would assist on follow-up for all orders and quotes along with the administration of customer requests. Performs a variety of order administration support activities for customer accounts.
What you will do:- Understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. Maintains customer inquiries, including correspondence concerning sales order status, order changes and billing/receivables questions.
- Generates and distributes orders and quotes summaries when required.
- Ensure export policies and procedures compliance including license applications, proper export classification on the sales order and customer denied parties screening.
- Work with Finance to process customer invoices.
- Work with Inventory Planning and Shipping to create and facilitate deliveries ensuring customer requirements are met.
