M365 / Workforce AI Practice Architect
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 collaboration and workforce AI solutions, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Voice, and/or Power Platform.
- Lead complex collaboration transformations such as tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and large‑scale SharePoint migrations.
- Design secure, scalable Microsoft 365 architectures aligned to enterprise strategy in partnership with cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
- Integrate AI capabilities such as Copilot and Copilot Studio into collaboration and productivity solution designs.
- Develop and continuously improve methodologies, standards, and best‑practice frameworks for Microsoft collaboration solutions.
