Job Description
We are expanding its AI-first Consulting Practice in Singapore and is hiring a Director to lead our Modernisation Practice. You will work directly alongside the Managing Director to shape consulting offerings, win lighthouse clients, and build the practice's core IP and the frameworks, playbooks, reference architectures, and proposal assets that define how FPT delivers enterprise transformation across APAC.
This is a hands‑on builder role. You will run discovery workshops, own proposal development and commercial estimation, direct FPT's offshore delivery teams, and upskill internal Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
You know legacy estates from the inside mainframes, COBOL, RPG, IBM mid‑range, host‑centric batch and transaction systems and you know how to get organisations out of them.
