We are seeking an experienced and visionary manager to join our Care Services Leadership team to support a team of specialist youth workers in one of our residential homes in the Tāmaki Makaurau region.
The Glenmore Lighthouse is a whare predominantly for rangatahi who identify as female.
Our Lighthouses provides unplanned crisis care in times of need, such as when rangatahi have nowhere else safe to stay, or when they have committed an offence.
Our whare supports up to five rangatahi on short term placements with Youth Justice or Care and Protection needs.
At Kia Puāwai we use an evidence-based model called the Teaching Family Model (TFM) to help rangatahi reach their potential and equip them with the skills they need to be successful within the wider community.
