Job Description
We have opportunities for Practice Nurses to work in our GP+ extended access service within Suffolk.
What is the role?
- You will work with the wider urgent care clinical team to provide a safe and effective extended access primary care service.
- You’ll see patients for various different reasons such as, pill checks, cervical screening, injections, wound care, and swabs.
- You’ll use SystmOne as a part of your role which will give you access to full patient notes (subject to patient sharing preferences)
You’ll join our GP+ service, which is an extended access service delivering extra primary appointments in the evening, and on weekends across Suffolk.
