We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive medical team.
Our well-established practice consists of experienced General Practitioners, Registrars, Nurses, Reception Staff, and Allied Health Professionals who work collaboratively to provide high-quality, patient-centred care to the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support to doctors and patients, including immunisations, wound care, health assessments, care plans, chronic disease management, assisting with procedures, and other nursing duties within a busy general practice environment.
