Practicum Administrator ECTA is seeking an individual to join our team as Practicum & Training Support. This role offers an opportunity to support trainee counsellors Roles& Responsibilities Provide administrative support for practicum-related matters and assist trainee counsellors with practicum processes and documentation Support the coordination of practicum placements and liaise with students, supervisors, and practicum sites where necessary Assist students with issues relating to the completion and submission of Practicum e-Log sheets Communicate with students from diverse age groups and backgrounds regarding practicum-related matters Job Requirements Minimum Diploma qualification candidates with qualifications in Counselling or related fields will have an added advantage Proficient in spoken and written English Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students from various age groups Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage ...
