Job Summary
The Pursuit Resource Center provides support to the firm’s small sized deals – saving time, driving efficiency and ensuring client servers have access to a broad range of well received and accurate materials to leverage in their pursuit efforts. This role actively supports our pursuit innovation strategy and contributes directly to the products and services to make pursuit efforts more effective.
Key Responsibilities
Tools Ownership & Delivery
- Is responsible for innovating, enhancing, managing and maintaining PRC tools engaging with the business and other internal functions to meet customer needs.
- Works with various teams to ensure minimum downtime and feedback is captured and actioned.
- Contribute to reporting/developing insights from KPIs/metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of pursuit self-help in the domain.
