Part-Time Pre-Assessment Nurse
One Hatfield Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group, is looking for an experienced pre-assessment nurse to join their team on a part time basis.
Reporting to the Pre-Assessment Lead, the successful Part-Time Pre-Assessment Nurse will:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred pre-assessment care to support safe and effective surgical pathways
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care in line with clinical policies and protocols
- Undertake clinical procedures such as phlebotomy and medication training Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
