Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Pre-Construction Coordinator with a strong sense of initiative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of Bertone’s multi-residential real estate projects. They will be involved from the earliest stages — from feasibility analysis through to the preparation of technical tender drawings — and will ensure seamless coordination among architects, engineers, and specialized consultants, while contributing to the efficient and well-structured progression of projects.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate all technical drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil) for permitting, tendering, and construction.
- Ensure drawings are complete, with no gaps, and that the full scope of the project is adequately covered by all professionals.
