Description
Lead one of our regional pods, owning the P&L, client relationships and team to ensure the success of the pre‑construction function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the GP and revenue targets for your regional pod, managing performance against monthly forecasts with precision
- Act as Harmony's most senior pre‑construction presence in your region, visible to clients, credible in negotiations, and the face of our capability in the market
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of estimators, surveyors, and pre‑construction managers
- Drive bid strategy and conversion across a high‑volume pipeline of passive fire and building fabric opportunities
