Position Overview We are looking for a Pre-Construction Engineer who is equally comfortable with a blueprint and a spreadsheet. This is a hybrid role that blends Technical Design (Engineering) with Cost Analysis (Estimating). You will be responsible for the technical birth of a projecttaking raw architectural plans and turning them into fully engineered, cost-accurate bids.
