Facilitate the importation of orders and manage JDE Order Processing. Assist in maintaining the fusionConnect queue and support trial set-up activities. Accurately maintain the Shipment Log, including importation, greenlight, and scheduling details. Prepare essential shipping documentation such as invoices, airway bills (AWB), and import licenses. Coordinate pre-approval communications and follow up on pending shipments and dispatch schedules. Place orders for specialized shipping solutions with couriers. Troubleshoot issues related to JDE, including cancellations and corrections. Engage in case study sessions focused on Pre-Distribution and support Continuous Improvement initiatives. Participate in Study Kick-Off Meetings and contribute to Study Set-Up activities. ...
