Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to lead and manage a team of Case Managers and Assistant Case Managers in a high-volume personal pre-litigation environment (from a personal injury or insurance-related practice). This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Woodland Hills office (no hybrid or remote) . The ideal candidate will combine strong legal acumen in pre-litigation with proven people-leadership skills to drive case outcomes, mentor the team, and maintain high standards of efficiency and client service.
