Job Description

Pre-Litigation Paralegal — Personal Injury

  • Open and manage new personal injury files from intake through pre-suit resolution

  • Handle all aspects of liability, UM/UIM, MedPay, and property damage claims with insurance carriers

  • Manage property damage claims from first notice through final settlement

  • Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and lien information from providers, hospitals, and insurers

  • Draft and assemble demand packages, including damages summaries and supporting documentation

  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lienholders

  • Maintain case management systems, deadlines, and statute of limitations tracking

  • Support attorneys in evaluating cases and preparing files for potential litigation
