Duties Sales – Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors, ensuring increased market share and pre‑owned sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross) as per shareholder and manufacturer requirements. Marketing – Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for increased customer interaction. Leadership – Create a team culture where customer experience and excellence is a focus; motivate, lead, and coach the sales team to exceed goals and targets. Customer Care – Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care. Pre‑Owned Stock Management – Ensure best stock purchases based on accurate residual values to assist the new car department; manage aged stock.
