Key Responsibilities
Pre‑Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the pre‑sales team in developing end‑to‑end data center solutions , including design, costing, and value engineering.
- Define pre‑sales strategy, frameworks, and best practices to improve win rates and margin quality.
- Act as deputy to the Director in strategic pursuits and executive‑level client engagements.
Solution Design & Technical Governance
- Oversee conceptual and detailed solution design for:
- Colocation and hyperscale data centers
- Power, cooling, and MEP systems
- Modular and prefabricated solutions
- DCIM, BMS, EMS, and monitoring platforms
- Ensure solutions comply with industry standards (e.g. Uptime Institute, TIA‑942, ISO, ASHRAE ).
- Validate technical risks, assumptions, and design feasibility prior to bid submission.
