Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, pain points, and success criteria
- Design solution approaches and service scopes aligned to customer requirements and delivery realities
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, product/service walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Support sales with technical qualification, objection handling, and solution positioning
- Produce technical content for proposals and RFPs, including architecture diagrams and solution narratives
- Act as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
- 2–4+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering role within cybersecurity
- Strong fundamentals in networking, endpoints, identity, cloud basics, and security logging/monitoring
