Job Description

A Pre-sales Executive  in the real estate industry is responsible for reaching out to current and potential clients to boost sales. They play a crucial role in generating leads and converting them into customers. 


Responsibilities:

• Making calls to active and potential clients and give property details to client on call and convincing them for property visit. 

• Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.

• Schedule visits to the site for interested leads, ensuring that appointments are set up efficiently and effectively.

• Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to record and organize customer data, including contact information, follow-up dates, and any other relevant details.

• Take regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them further along the sales pipeline.
