We are looking for a passionate, creative and experienced Pre-School Room Manager / Senior Practitioner to join a nurturing early years setting working with children aged 3–5 years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values a holistic and child-led approach, with an interest in Montessori-style education, creativity and supporting children in a caring, inclusive environment.
Role Details
- Position: Pre-School Room Manager / Senior Practitioner
- Age Group: 3–5 years
- Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
- 8:45am – 4:15pm
- Potential Additional Hours:
- Saturday SEN provision shift available
- 9:00am – 3:30pm
- Pay: starting from £15 per hour
- Contract: All year round with flexibility around holidays
- Future Progression: Potential for the role to become full-time as occupancy continues to grow
