Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- With background or training in Early Years or Early Childhood Development
- Experience teaching preschool, nursery or kindergarten learners is an advantage
- Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate learning strategies, and classroom management
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Skilled in planning and implementing play-based and structured learning activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic in working with young children
- Able to observe, assess, and document students' progress
- Responsible, organized, and professional in conduct
- Works well with co-teachers, teacher's aides, and administrators
- Willing to follow school policies and educational standards.
