This individual will play a key role in supporting early childhood growth by implementing structured lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, and building strong relationships with both students and families.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Create a fun, engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and learning
Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development through structured and play-based activities
Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing individualized support as needed
