Job Description

Precision TIG Specialist + Profit Sharing (West Bend Area)

  • 5+ years of mastery in TIG/MIG welding and complex blueprint interpretation is required

  • Elevate your career in a supportive, politics-free shop where the average tenure is over 7 years

  • Pay is up to $28.00 per hour based on experience level

  • 4-Day Work Week: Monday through Thursday (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM) – enjoy a 3-day weekend every week

  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
