Job Description
Purpose
Oversee Alternative Project Delivery Method (APDM) projects from pursuit through Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead go/no-go decisions, SOQ development, and proposal quality control
Coordinate with marketing, estimators, and design partners on APDM pursuits
Develop preconstruction scope, budgets, cost models, and schedules
Evaluate plans for constructability, value engineering, and risk management
Manage design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and bidding processes
Prepare and negotiate GMP packages; review contract language
Facilitate preconstruction and transition meetings with project teams
Ensure client satisfaction, compliance, and adherence to safety policies
