As a Preconstruction Manager working in our Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction, you manage several activities and deadlines to gain a clearer picture of client, team and project needs. Working on large‑scale civil and marine infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success.
What You Will Do
- Lead the preconstruction phase of our local projects, collaborating with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and value engineering analyses to optimize project scope and budget.
