John Hancock is transforming our Long-Term Care business to help our customers age in place and receive the care that they need. This team focuses on providing access to high-quality and affordable long-term care providers to our customers when they need it.
The LTC Preferred Provider Analyst will be focused on supporting the execution of our long-term care provider network strategy and providing key analysis to help us drive value through actionable insights and reporting.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze data and work with management to develop creative solutions to drive business value.
+ Conduct weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting including network engagement metrics such as key funnel and journey analytics both over the phone and digitally.
