Position Summary:
Responsible for
maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen. Food
preparation and prep area maintenance.
Organization of all assigned areas as well as maintaining the areas sanitary
and clean. Other utility and/or maintenance duties as assigned.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
In
accordance with restaurant’s service and cooking procedures:
- Performs daily routine cleaning tasks throughout the back of the house
