People Solutions are currently recruiting for Prep & Finishing Technicians to join our well-established client based in Portsmouth .
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians looking to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment, preparing and finishing components to exceptional standards.
The role involves preparing parts ready for painting, polishing finished components, carrying out quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement within a specialist production environment.
Shifts:
• Double days
Week 1:
• Monday to Friday
• 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2:
• Monday to Thursday
• 13:45 – 21:45
Friday:
• 13:00 – 21:00
• Overtime available most weeks, including weekends
Rates of Pay:
• £16.75 per hour
• Plus shift allowance
