Job Description
Prep Team Member – Main Responsibilities
- Set up and stock prep stations with all necessary ingredients, tools, and containers
- Prepare chicken salad, sides, and ingredients according to company recipes and standards
- Accurately portion, label, and date all prepped items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized prep area at all times
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines
- Monitor product levels and prep ahead to support smooth service operations
- Properly store and rotate ingredients using FIFO (First In, First Out)
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries
