Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales Representatives in all business sectors to support sales pitches with technical knowledge. Attend client meetings, both virtually and on-site, to assist in explaining product specifications, applications, and technical benefits. Customize technical presentations based on the client’s industry, processes, and pain points. Lead and supervise product trials at client facilities to ensure proper application and performance. Act as the main technical contact during the sales cycle for product-related questions and concerns. Respond to client objections or reservations with clear, data-backed explanations. Offer alternative solutions when required and ensure client satisfaction with technical responses.
