Presales Consultant (SIEM)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Architect, configure, deploy, and customize an enterprise-level SIEM environment.

  • Designs and optimizes SIEM platform architecture for large-scale and distributed deployments

  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand business/technical requirements

  • Design, set up, and execute PoC/PoV projects to validate solutions and meet technical success criteria.

  • Design customized, scalable, and secure SIEM architectures and provide expert best-practice guidance.

  • Working with cross-functional team on integration.

  • Understand business context (not every alert is critical)

  • Develop detailed technical responses for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs).

  • Support sales to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers/partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
