About the role
We are looking for a skilled Pre‑Sales Engineer to support our enterprise IT solutions business at NSD, a leading infrastructure solutions provider in Malaysia. This role is critical in delivering end‑to‑end technical solutions across data centre infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, and cybersecurity environments.
What you'll be doing
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design suitable IT infrastructure solutions
- Provide technical consultancy and solution architecture for enterprise clients, including data centre, virtualization, cloud, and disaster recovery solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals
- Engage with vendors and principals to ensure best‑fit solutions for clients
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovative solutioning
