Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre-sales support of products and problem solving solutions, assisting sales to research and analyze customer demand, formulating technical proposal and tender, expounding on technical solutions, demonstrating products and answering technical inquiries.
- Assist sales to promote and sell products and problem solving solutions.
- Collect and feed back customer's opinions on products and technology to the technical department.
- Deepen solutions according to customer's demand, and assist technical engineers to implement solutions.
- Conduct relevant technical training for internal sales and pre-sales as well as external partners.
