Job Description
• Design and own the technical solution for pursuits
• Become a trusted advisor to clients during pursuits and guide them in solution discovery and buy in the process.
• Demonstrate or present cloud solutions for enterprise-level clients during the pre-sales process, across a variety of platforms (Cisco, inContact, AWS, Genesys, Five9,...) and applications (AWS CCI, Google CCAI, WFO/WFM)
• Provide guidance and feedback to account managers as needed
• Contribute to pre-sales documentation (presentations, proposals, spec sheets, etc.).
• Make technical presentations at conferences and trade shows.
