Job Description
The President of the Extrusion Division provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership for a global rubber extrusion business. This executive will drive growth, profitability, operational excellence, and cross‐regional alignment across multiple plants and countries. With full P&L responsibility, the President ensures that financial targets, quality standards, safety metrics, and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. The role requires deep industry experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead complex, multinational manufacturing operations.
