- Act as the principal financial advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Present consolidated financial performance, strategic insights, and risk analysis to the Board.
- Lead financial governance across all group entities and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

- Drive long‑term financial strategy, planning, and business performance optimization.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across diversified business units to ensure profitability, cost efficiency, and sustainable financial growth.
