Job Description
**Job Title: Press Brake Operator**
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate press brake machines to produce parts that meet specifications outlined in blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
+ Select and install appropriate tooling, dies, and fixtures based on job requirements.
+ Perform machine setup activities, including adjusting back gauges, stroke depth, and tonnage to achieve required bends and dimensions.
+ Measure and inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, protractors, gauges, and tape measures to confirm conformance to tolerances.
+ Adjust machine settings and tooling during production runs to maintain accuracy and part consistency.
+ Identify, report, and assist in correcting non-conformances in parts or processes.
+ Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance on press brakes and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
