To ensure all finished product are printed accurately and meet all quality and customer standards.
**Areas of Responsibility:**
+ Match and maintain consistent color and quality of product
+ Machine operations including press register and efficient machine set ups
+ Understanding ink/water balance
+ Understanding LAB and Color Spectrum
+ Ensure all information and materials are properly gathered and utilized to run job
+ Direct crew members
+ Follow production schedule
+ Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures
