Job Description

Job Profile Summary:

This position is responsible for looking for the best transportation alternatives in time, price, and quality for the different requests of the clients, giving the corresponding follow-up to the requests.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and control of quotes for Pegasus corporate.
  • Assist in the rate negotiation with global agents including the compiling of cost data.
  • Maintain good communication with the internal and external clients.
  • Advise on pricing to internal and external stakeholders.
  • BID and RFQ supporting process for Pegasus corporate.
  • Support in the solution of problems of potential or existing clients related to rates, transit times, routes, or carrier selection.
  • Comply with the response times of the quotes and RFQs established by Pegasus Corporate.
