Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Pricing master data independently, accurately, and on time as per agreed targets
- Verify that all pricing change forms and customer agreements carry appropriate approvals per the authority matrix
- Perform price file uploads and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve arising data issues
- Ensure all accrual provisions and payments are accurate, fair, justifiable, and processed on time
- Ensure all CMA invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos are sent to agreed customer deadlines and meet customer expectations
- Maintain the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance
- Work closely with BU Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure accuracy across both functions
- Proactively improve the quality of Pricing master data and customer agreement processes
