Job Description
The Senior Analyst role with Labuan Reinsurance (L) Ltd to perform actuarial functions on General Reinsurance Pricing and Analysis . The primary responsibilities include developing pricing tools, conducting pricing analysis for new products, and providing support to underwriters in all aspects of pricing, particularly for non-standard treaty and facultative contracts or onerous contracts. Dual reporting to Actuarial Head of Chief Underwriting Officer.
Reinsurance Pricing
- Assist underwriters in new product pricing.
- Assist underwriters in reinsurance premium pricing reviews for treaty and facultative contracts (non standard and onerous contracts).
- Assist to develop the new pricing tool.
- Review the existing pricing tool.
- Prepare dashboards and portfolios analyses for the underwriters and occasionally the Management Committee.
- Understand the basic terminologies in an insurance and reinsurance contract. <...
