About the role We are looking for a Pricing Zone Manager to drive pricing strategy and performance across a large-scale business scope. This role plays a critical part in maximizing value creation, ensuring pricing excellence, and aligning cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations. The position acts as a key bridge between global and local teams, ensuring effective deployment of pricing strategies and continuous performance improvement. Key Responsibilities 1. Pricing Strategy & Performance Define and lead the overall pricing strategy for the assigned scope. Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, margins, and opportunities to optimize profitability. Monitor pricing performance through detailed monthly analysis (by activity and segment), identifying gaps versus targets. Develop and lead action plans to improve pricing performance.
