Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Np)

An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Primary Care APP team.

Position Highlights:

• Independent patient panel
• Team-based primary care model
• Support-style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel
• 16–18 patients/day target
• EPIC with AI scribes
• Shared clinic call rotation;
  triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed.
• 1:14 days weekday call
• 1:12 weekend call

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years primary care experience Comfortable practicing independently
• Able to manage chronic and complex conditions
