Job Description
**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
+ Patient population - 18+; Geriatric
+ Work shift: 4 x 10-hour days
+ Provider will have 4 hours of administrative time per week
+ Daily patient volume: 22-24 patients per day
+ EMR: Cerner
+ Procedures - Suturing, cyst removal, wound care, EKG’s,etc. Will vary by experience.
+ Call: On call up to 4 times per month and the days of the week vary, including weekend call. Weekends are 24 hr call and weekdays are 5-8am on-call
+ No Shift call- just after hours on-call
+ This is a panel position and provider will be expected to see new patients, acute visits, annual wellness, ER follow ups, etc.
**Job Requirements**
+ Completion of an ACGME approved Internal or Family Medicine residency program
+ Current Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
+ Valid state medical license or eligibility to obtain state license as an MD or DO
+ Valid DEA certificate
