Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in accordance with the British National Curriculum.
- Foster a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage and support students of varying abilities.
- Assess, monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum delivery and share best practices.
- Participate in school activities/events and professional development programmes.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline.
- Promote the school’s vision, mission and values in all interactions.
