Job Description
This position involves delivering high-quality education and training to learners in a supportive, practical learning environment. The tutor will work with groups and play a key role in developing students’ skills across a broad range of primary industries disciplines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching across a range of primary industries subjects
- Support students in developing practical and theoretical knowledge
- Facilitate learning in areas such as livestock production, pastures, soils, management
- Promote safe practices, including farm safety and equipment use
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to programme development
- Work collaboratively within a small, supportive academic team
