JOB TITLE: PRIMARY SPECIALIST TEACHER (ENGLISH AS AN ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE)

Primary Specialist Teachers are informed, reflective practitioners who use inquiry-based teaching strategies to create positive learning environments that motivate and challenge all learners to become self-regulated, lifelong learners and leaders. The Primary Specialist Teacher for English as an Additional Language (EAL) is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality English language support to students who are non-native speakers, providing tailored instruction to help EAL students build proficiency in English so they can fully engage in the academic and social aspects of school life. This role involves working collaboratively with homeroom teachers to provide inclusive and integrated language support aligned with curriculum goals and international standards.
