Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Planning and teaching of lessons.Manage classroom dynamics and oversee students to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.Supervise and observe students’ behaviour in the classroom.Developing and adapting individualized teaching methods that are suitable for each of their special needs students.Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.) according to the school's latest protocol.Fulfill administrative responsibilities (Report writing, attendance record, test marking, etc.)Support and guide classroom assistant mentor when necessary.Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.Attending parent-teacher meetings.Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending professional trainings conducted by the school.
