As a bank teacher, you will provide essential classroom cover across schools when permanent staff are absent or additional support is needed, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom experience for pupils. You will be expected to adapt quickly to different school environments, deliver pre-planned lessons, and maintain effective classroom behaviour in line with school policies. The role involves supporting pupils’ learning, working with individuals and small groups where necessary, and helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
