Teaching Personnel are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for schools across Plymouth and Cornwall. We have flexible roles available from 1–5 days per week, ideal for those seeking full-time or part-time work in education.

Role Overview

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons
• Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist with behaviour management
• Support children’s academic and emotional development
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

✅ Requirements

• Experience with children (school, childcare, or similar)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
